Which Software should I use?
Where can I find help with my software download/set up?

What are the PDF files in the software zip folders?
The PDF files in the software zip folders are embeded into the software, and as a result, may not open when individually clicked upon. They are help and info sections that are directly correlating to those sections in the software.
Why can't I see my data from my datalogger on the software?
If the software was downloaded after the datalogger was plugged into your device, try ejecting the datalogger, closing the software, then replugging the datalogger into your system before running the software again. Sometimes the software cannot read a datalogger that's plugged in prior to the software was set up.
